Well as Efi is going to be our official religion we need a preamble which represents that. Before HH asks, a preamble is just a short paragraph before the main constitution which should give general idea without legalistic terms.
Something along these lines I'd say:
Under the auspices of His Holiness the First Patriarch of Karnali, the Republic shall endeavour to preserve our ancient traditions of freedom, justice and peace in order to create a better society for all living beings. The light of the Efi will guide the Republic to national and cosmic unity. Knowing that the strength of a people is measured by the welfare of its weakest members, we adopt this constitution.
How does it sound?
